1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wemeetcam.com or any WemeetCam service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and WemeetCam.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WemeetCam. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use WemeetCam. If you believe a minor is using the platform, report it immediately to [email protected].

3. Description of Service

WemeetCam provides a platform for adults to connect via live one-on-one video chat with verified women and other users. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use WemeetCam to:

• Expose minors to sexual content or engage in any sexual communication with or involving minors
• Share, display, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Record, screenshot, or distribute another user's video, audio, or image without their explicit consent
• Share another person's personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age or identity
• Engage in scams, fraud, phishing, or solicitation of illegal services
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or manipulate the service
• Circumvent moderation, age verification, geographic restrictions, or payment systems
• Transmit malware or attempt to compromise platform security
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile information and messages). By posting content, you grant WemeetCam a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights.

7. Payments & Virtual Credits

Certain features require payment or virtual credits. Prices are displayed before purchase. All sales are final except where required by applicable law. Unused credits may expire according to the terms shown at purchase. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

We use automated systems and human review to enforce these Terms. We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate our policies, with or without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement and report illegal activity as required by law.

You may report abusive behavior using in-app tools. We review reports promptly but cannot guarantee immediate action in every case.

9. Intellectual Property

WemeetCam, its logos, design, software, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

WemeetCam is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific match outcomes, or the conduct of other users. You interact with other users at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WemeetCam and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using WemeetCam at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
